The “Centro Vacanze Borca di Cadore“, located near Cortina d‘Ampezzo (Dolomites), was founded more than 40 years ago as holiday village for ENI executives and their families. Consisting of 268 cottages and a hotel on approximately 1,200,000 sqm, the village was recently bought by a private investor aiming to recover the initial architectural magnificence coupled with modern comforts such as CATV and data networks.
